Click and Collect

  1. When checking out online, at checkout select Click & Collect | Nominated Store you want to pick up from in Comments as your preferred Shipping Method.
  2. Once your order is ready we’ll send you a "Ready for Collection" email with an appointment time letting you know to head in store. To avoid disappointment you should always wait before coming in store until we have confirmed that your goods are ready to be picked up.
  3. Orders can normally be collected within a few working days. However this cannot be guaranteed so it is important that you wait for the Ready for Collection email.
  4. Please bring a copy of your "Ready for Collection" email with you or on your smart phone, as well as photo identification.
