Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

While we attempt to provide free shipping it is not available on all items and in every situation. It is not available, for example, on heavily discounted items or extra large or heavy items. Additionally delivery for any parcel above 1kg (actual weight or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater) to post codes listed on the below exclusion zone matrix may incur the standard fee increase of between 100 to 300% or the attraction of a special fee (on items that normally have free shipping):

Standard Deliveries

We use Standard Delivery with a signature required on delivery. We also supply a tracking number. If you require a different delivery service, for example, express post delivery, please contact us directly.

Shipping Methods and Times

Orders are sent using Australia Post, or with our courier partners (example: Allied Express or Fastway), from our showrooms in Victoria or Queensland or our 3rd party suppliers.

It may take up to 5 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas and up to 8 business days for some regional areas, territories or western states. Should delivery take longer than these estimates we apologize however some events might be beyond our control - we shall endeavor to work with you so you receive your purchase in a timely manner.

Please note that provided delivery dates or times given in our order confirmations or otherwise are to be seen as approximate and not to be taken as a guarantee by us that your goods will be delivered by that date.

We do not offer weekend delivery with Standard post nor will goods be dispatched on the weekend but only during the business week during our opening hours.

Same Day Deliveries

Items will not ship until funds clear. While we make all reasonable efforts to ship your order the same day or within 24 hours from the time the order was taken some circumstances or items might require a delay. We shall contact you if this is the case.

Express Delivery

We do offer express delivery for an additional fee - contact us online or your local store, prior to purchase, to organise express shipping for your chosen purchase.

Signature on Delivery

A signature will be required on delivery. Please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods during business hours on the day of the delivery. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office (for Australia Post) or depo (for couriers) for pick up or a “sorry we missed you” note will be left. Please ensure you (or someone nominated with the authority to sign for the goods) is at the nominated delivery address on the day of delivery to receive the item(s). A courier re-delivery fee may apply if the item(s) cannot be delivered and are sent back to the shipping depo.

Re-Delivery

For a courier delivery if you miss the delivery window on the day of the delivery it is your responsibility to organise re-delivery or to pick up the parcel from the local depot /office as advised on the "sorry we missed you" card. If you require re-delivery and there is an additional re-delivery charge that we are charged in this case we may pass on this charge to you as an additional fee.

Delivery Tracking Number

Your order confirmation email should provide a tracking number with which you can track the progress of your shipment using the delivery service website. For example: Australia Post has a tracking app on the Australia Post website. If the order confirmation does not not include delivery information, such as a tracking number, please note we may provide this tracking number when your order actually ships. Please allow up to 48 hours in this instance for this information to appear on the tracking website database.

If there are any issues please call us during office hours and our helpful staff will be able to provide or confirm this delivery information including tracking numbers for you.

Secure Delivery Address

We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment, as we are not responsible for stolen parcels neither in transit or once delivered. Please ensure you, or someone you nominate, is at the address during the day with authority to sign for the package, or have the item delivered to a place, such as a business address, where you will be. Unfortunately we don't ship to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Whilst we provide you with the security and peace of mind of a tracking number, and you must sign on delivery, and we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, we accept no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched by us. We do not provide insurance on standard deliveries. In this event you must take action with the appropriate transport partner. We will of course take every reasonable action to assist you however the final responsibility is with the transport / delivery partner and yourself. This includes Australia Post.

The goods we offer for sale on our website are covered by the warranty given by the manufacturer of the goods. We do not provide any separate warranty in relation to the goods that you purchase, other than those required under the Australian Consumer Law. Insured Deliveries

We do not provide insurance on standard deliveries. Should you wish us to add insurance to your delivery please contact us prior to purchase or ASAP after making a purchase (before the order is dispatched).

In Store Pick-up is Available

You are welcome to pick-up your order from our stores. Pick-up is only available on normal store trading hours excluding Victorian / QLD public holidays. Please refer to website Trading hours. When placing an order online, please let us know if you would like to pick-up your order and from which location.

Store Pick-up & PayPal


Please note: Pick up option is not available on purchases made with PayPal and must be delivered to a PayPal verified address as per PayPal terms and conditions. We apologize for your inconvenience.

Delivery to PO boxes.

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.

Please note: Our suppliers and delivery partners are doing their very best to deliver your order quickly and safely. It is possible that some shipments may experience unforeseen delays and so we appreciate and thank you for your understanding and patience.
