Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not usually offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If we do accept a return of such goods they would only be accepted with a restocking fee and a credit note to use in store issued subject to approval. This approval must be obtained from us in writing prior to the return of any goods.
We recommend you carefully choose any products before adding them to your cart and continuing with your order. Should approval be obtained for the return of goods the restocking fee is set at a minimum of 25% of the price paid for the item. Shipping the goods back to us for return in this instance is the customers responsibility and any shipping fees we entailed sending the goods originally will also be recouped by us in addition to the restock fee.
Goods returned for Change of Mind must be returned in undamaged complete original unopened packing with all accessories such as remotes and manuals etc. Failure to do so may result in the return being cancelled or a higher restocking fee charged.
We take no responsibility for the goods in transit from yourself to us. We advise sending the goods as you received them: well packed and protected with proof of delivery such as a signature on arrival and tracking. Should the goods fail to arrive or arrived damaged your return may be cancelled or an additional fee charged. This fee amount is solely at our discretion and our ruling is final.
We try to be clear and open with our customers regarding information about our goods and services. On the matter of correspondence such as emails, order messages or other messages: it is the customers responsibility to keep aware of all correspondence such as emails and messages sent from us to them. Should a customer miss, not read or ignore any correspondence such as emails, order messages or other messages, either online, over the phone or via any means of communication that the customer has given us via an order or an inquiry of an order, such as their given email address for example, it shall be solely the customers responsibility.
Please note: As each case is assessed individually this policy is not to be seen as a guarantee that items we sell will automatically be eligible for returns due to change of mind.
