Due to the popularity of certain Super Sale items the official importer has advised they are now experiencing increased order wait times for these heavily discounted products to be delivered to AU. Unfortunately the official AU importer is unable to keep up with such high demand. If a long wait time for delivery on a Super Sale item is a concern please contact us for stock availability and ETA for expected delivery on your item of choice.

The Official Importer has assured us that even if an item has a long wait time, and the Super Sale discount has ended on that item during the wait time, the Super Sale discount will still be honoured as it is applied at time of check out and not at time of delivery.  

Please note that once an order is placed a long wait time (up to 12 weeks) shall not be grounds for cancelling the order. If you are concerned that your super sale discounted item may experience a long wait time for delivery then please check with us BEFORE you place your order that the item is in stock or if it has a short, or long, wait time for delivery.

Westan is the new distributor, the official Australian Importer, of NAIM Audio. As we are an official Australian dealer of NAIM Audio we deal directly with Westan. This means that all NAIM Audio sold by us is covered by the official Australian Importer, Westan, official Australian manufacturer warranty that is 2 years.

We have it on good authority that more NAIM items will be removed from the Super Sale shortly. Do place your order to avoid disappointment.

We wish to extend our gratitude for your continued support of the Naim brand. We regret that we must address recent developments concerning the distribution of Naim products in Australia.

As you may be aware, during the latter half of 2023, there were unprecedented circumstances and unforeseen changes in the distributorship of the Naim Brand in Australia. This transition has had significant implications for the market, particularly regarding the availability and value of Naim products.

Due to these circumstances, the previous distributor, Busisoft AV with their retail stores "Addicted To Audio" (who are no longer the official Australian NAIM retail stores), found itself in a position where it needed to divest its existing stock of Naim products. Regrettably, this led to the sale of said stock at prices below our cost, impacting the market dynamics and presenting challenges for the newly appointed distributor, Westan.

As a result, Westan has been compelled to match these prices temporarily to ensure competitiveness within the market. This measure aims to mitigate the disruption caused by the influx of below-cost products and support official Australian retailers during this transitional phase.
