Collaborating with the renowned Würth Elektronik group, Quad developed bespoke capacitors exclusive to Platina. Tuned by ear and purpose-built to support its scale, grip, and resolution, Platina achieves a level of audio quality no off-the-shelf component set ever could.

MONO MASTERY IN STEREO

Platina’s 2 x 200W into 8Ω (300W into 4Ω) Class AB dual mono design separates the signal/power paths for each channel. This significantly reduces cross talk to preserve image integrity and unlock sweeping dynamics, even under complex speaker loads.

CIRCUITS UP CRAFTSMANSHIP

Platina’s five-year development helped deliver a 630VA toroidal transformer and 44,000uF per channel filtering. In addition to this incredible power, every element was selected by ear and engineered in-house to ensure Platina delivers reference level audio that exceeds the listener’s expectations.
