Today, Tuesday 23rd of April, we were alerted to a scam e-commerce website? impersonating Wharfedale Australia. This fraudulent website, hosted on Shopify, is deceiving customers with incorrect prices and attempting to defraud unsuspecting buyers.
Do NOT visit this site however the website URL for reference is https://au-wharfedale dot myshopify dot com/
Please advise anyone you know who may be looking at the brand Wharfedale, to protect them and alert your personal network about this scam. The official Australian Wharfedale importers have already taken action to have this website taken down, which will hopefully happen in the next 24 – 48 hours.
